We have been trying to contact the insurance? company for 2 weeks to facilitate our claim.

Our insurance company has tried contacting them to no avail. Meanwhile the Mustang we are driving has no tail light covers and the trunk lid bounces. What do we do???? This is a reputable company???

We are about to report them to the California Insurance Commissioner.

What do we pay premiums for???How are the other claims doing any payments or are we all out of luck? Pick your insurance company carefully as you never know what you are getting by buying the cheapest

Monetary Loss: $3400.

Location: Sacramento, California

By the way, tried to refuse to pay for no more then 3 days for car rental, had already had the rental for 2 weeks before their adjuster decided to go look at our car, then he claimed that the car was drivable and didn't want to pay for rental. Sorry, but barely could get the car onto the wrecker cause the guy hit in the right front wheel and tore out the R&P steering causing front wheel to come off!

Sure we can drive that home 80 miles (NOT!).

Dealing with them now! OMG what a pain in the butt they are, horrible rude, hung up on our body guy that fixed our car, refusing to pay full amount, claiming that because we were on a public road then it's partly our fault that their driver who wasn't watching were he was going and totally ignoring the laws in the USA was not totally at fault.

I'm sorry, this is America and think we have every right to drive safely on our roads without being hit and damaged by unsafe drivers with super *** insurance!

So far they have not contacted me (the passenger with the dodge truck hood in my face!) about any of my medical or injuries. Guess it's time to go back and sign papers with the attorney.

Sentry is a terrible insurance company and a terrible employer. I worked there briefly and found the experience to be extremely painful.

During my time there, I purchased their home and auto products. They were overpriced but I felt obligated to support my employer. Needless to say, I no longer work there and no longer have any of their products.

Good riddance. If at all possible avoid Sentry.
